Jim Bartz Joins Lombard Consulting Services as Senior Architect and General Contractor

Lombard Consulting Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Jim Bartz, an accomplished architect and general contractor with over 40 years of experience, as Senior Architect and General Contractor. Jim’s proven expertise in construction management and luxury custom estate development will bring added value to the firm’s projects.

Throughout his career, Jim has managed over 70 luxury custom homes and led large-scale retail developments, warehouses, and multi-phase design/build projects. He is also recognized for his work in cost-saving measures and quality assurance in construction and remodeling.

Jim specializes in building code interpretation, ADA accessibility compliance, construction document development, defect analysis, and field inspections. He has held prominent roles, including Owner/General Contractor at Bartz Design & Construction Development, Retail Development Manager at Disneyland, and Senior Manager of Store Planning & Construction at The Disney Stores.

Jim holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. He is licensed as an architect and general contractor in California.
