Jason Montez – Setting the Standard in Plumbing Expertise for Over 20 Years

Jason Montez brings over two decades of unparalleled plumbing experience to the forefront of the industry. With a robust background spanning pre-construction, design-build, and retrofitting projects, Mr. Montez has established himself as a trusted specialist in residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing solutions.

Mr. Montez is a second-generation plumber who joined the Plumbers Local 78 Union immediately after high school, embarking on a career that has seen him contribute to a diverse array of projects. Notable highlights include his work at Edwards Air Force Base Hospital performing the rough-in of water supply, drain waste and vent, and all gas lines. His experience also extends to performing plumbing at large-scale tract housing developments of up to 200 single-family homes. Mr. Montez also served as the lead project manager for the County of Los Angeles where he implemented the swim beach programs at prominent locations such as Castaic Lake, the Santa Fe Dam, and Bonelli Park. These programs included the install of recirculating chlorine pump systems and their continued maintenance. Amongst other responsibilities, he provided all repairs and testing of devices for backflow prevention throughout the county and led a crew of plumbers and equipment operators.

His proficiency extends across a comprehensive spectrum of services including design assistance, plan specification, and code upgrades. His expertise covers installations, repairs, and replacements of HVAC systems, gravity and pump-based drain systems, vent systems, as well as reclaimed and potable water supply systems. Mr. Montez is well-versed in gas systems encompassing medical, natural, and petroleum applications. He excels in providing meticulous evaluation and analysis of plumbing issues throughout all phases of construction.
