Kaz Kishimoto LCS’s Newest Architect

Lombard Consulting Services is excited to welcome Kaz Kishimoto to the expert team.

Kaz is a California Licensed Architect with over 40 years of experience in architectural pre-design, design, planning, production, project management, construction, and post-construction. He has worked on a variety of projects in the higher education, healthcare, and public works arena.
Amongst his array of experience, some of Kaz’s notable projects include the Baseball Stadium expansion of UC Irvine, the Welch Hall design program study for CSU Dominguez Hills, Theater renovation for LA Community College Trade Tech School, a new Math and Science Building for East LA Community College, and the project programming of the Child Development Facility for UC Riverside.

In addition to the above, his experience consists of dormitories, custom residential, and reconstruction/remodel projects. He specializes in building code and industry evaluations, peer review of plans, building envelope design, the standard of care, quality assurance, ADA compliance, water intrusion, and field investigations.
