Greg Rossington is a project manager and cost estimator with over thirty-five years of experience in single family residential, multi-family residential, custom home, public works, commercial, heavy civil, tilt-up and podium construction as a project manager, superintendent, cost estimator, and owner of his own general contracting firm. He specializes in identifying cost for new and corrective construction, quantity take-offs, contract and bid interpretation, proposals and submittals, construction scheduling and field inspection. He has over ten years of time construction defect investigation and construction bond evaluation, litigation support, cost estimating and reconstruction.
