Ray Lombard has more than 50 years of experience in the construction industry and nearly 40 years of experience as a Licensed General Contractor in California. In addition to projects he built and developed through his contracting business, Mr. Lombard served as Vice President of Construction with major construction and development companies. He currently serves as a designated expert who provides professional estimates and expert testimony on behalf of owners, developers and subcontractors. Under his leadership, Lombard Consulting Services, Inc. provides a variety of high level expertise in litigation support services and forensic analysis for the legal and insurance communities.
